Thank you for keeping Lemmy lore alive, you're doing god's work.

Haven't had time to watch it yet but amazing to hear from Robert. I really hope he'll make an appearance on the 41st Precinct podcast some day.
I think you're probably right about that. I've always said the next big migration will be when they turn off old.reddit, but perhaps they'll be wise enough to blanket ban links to all the largest Lemmy instances by that point.
Great film. That post social interaction internal debrief is a certified classic, I feel that in my bones. Especially followed by the confusion after having misread the situation anyway. This was excellent.
I believe he'll pop up with an update again at some point. He always does.
In this benchmark yes. And the overall noise seems to be that the 50-series is a bit of a disappointment (it's to be expected really as it's a refinement rather than a whole new architecture like the 60-series will be).
That being said, it does have other improvements in areas like the RT cores so real-world examples will most likely see a bigger gain than 3%.
Pretty ideal pick for a reserve driver surely? Rarely gets into crashes or incidents and probably still brings a chunk of sponsor cash while being on the bench.
God, Finland is the best. I hope they can inspire something similar over here in Sweden.
I also deeply dislike the phrase for much of the same reason as the other replies. It's a phrase that evokes high-functioning TikTokers looking to quirkily stand out from the crowd and in general downplays the reality of many neurodivergent people and their very real, very tangible struggles.
Rayman Legends is an amazing couch co-op game if you like platformers. I still think about the musical levels from time to time.
In my opinion, the reward for "doing the homework" is worth it. The Remedy games have become somewhat incestuous with their interconnected universe, but AW2 is - in my opinion - good enough that playing the preceding games first is worth the payoff. The only Remedy game I didn't play was Quantum Break, but that one is only tangentially referenced as they don't own the rights to the IP. Max Payne is explicitly referenced (though under a different name as Rockstar owns that IP) and having played Max Payne 1 heightened the enjoyment of AW 1&2 in my opinion.
Beyond that, the story of AW2 is a direct sequel to AW1 and while it's possible to play it standalone it will be somewhat confusing and a lesser experience I would say. The story also directly connects to Control, and having played that one first will again enrich your enjoyment of AW2. Plus Control is just a great game anyway.
Not sure, but I'd also like to know. Sounds like a great feature!
