Wait a minute...there's no account linking requirement!? Is it over? Did we win? It's been removed from Ragnarok as well!? Ghost of Tsushima still requires it...

They removed the requirement in favor of giving perks for it.
NOICE. I don't give a shit about any of those cosmetic items anyway.
Agreed. Nice for those who want them, I won't fault anyone who chooses to take advantage of the offer. But more than that, I'm just glad this allows people who can't sign up for a PSN account due to region restrictions to play these games, now.
Well it's also kinda nice because it's just stuff you would have unlocked in the game anyway.
Tsushima has an online multiplayer component so it might be required there, but yeah yesterday they announced it would be optional for the rest
NOICE
Someone should compare it to the unofficial port (also, known as "Brazil project", which has been out for a while now) and see which is working more smoothly.
I feel pretty fortunate to be running this on an AMD GPU on Linux and having a grand old time. I've about 2 hours in it and there was a single sequence with out of sync dialog, no other issues.
LMAO, everyone and their mother freaking out because the upscaling solutions don't work as well as on Cyberpunk77... Jesus, Cyberpunk77 is an NVIDIA game, they have poured millions in engineering hours to have it work as a showcase, together with AW2. DLSS et all are a mixed bag as soon as you step off the blockbuster MDF bubble.
