The policy set forth in the March 20, 2018, Memorandum entitled "Guidance Regarding Use of Capital Punishment in Drug-Related Prosecutions" is hereby reinstated. In addition to drug-related prosecutions, the policy shall also be applied to cases involving non-drug capital crimes by cartels, transnational criminal organizations, and aliens who traverse our borders and remain in the United States without legal status.

IMO this isn't really a good fit for this community. There's elements here that are relevant (it's about the USA, it's a question designed to spark discussion), but about more serious matters than we're really aiming for here. I'd say [email protected] is a better fit.

Some were just transferred out. No doubt some people died there, and it will be decades (if ever) before the civilian population finds out the whole truth, but some people are still alive and accounted for.

My guess is yes. If they are important enough to be taken there odds are they would be more valuable for negotiation. They are waaay less useful in a body bag
