God, she was so petty! "Anonymous" complaints about paperclips and big words, my arse. She sounds like some bitchy aunties I've worked with eons ago.
I was so glad to see Helly R back but so sad to see her trying to grapple with iMark's coldness towards her. What a difference from Helena when she heard about Ms Casey being his outie's seemingly dead wife - she instantly suggested they find out what happened as a team, rather than cast doubt.
Also, Ricken is so pathetic.
