This guy is just a thug. The AP makes methodical, researched and discussed decisions, and god forbid we have that as part of the national discourse. One starts to wonder whether this was planned by more competent people or just an opportunistic moment to bar the country's largest news org from primary-source coverage.

Yea but they hurt the president fee fees by not using his new name for the historic thing.

If only other press corps had the balls to boycott his fake news gathering.

What's next? Renaming Idaho "Trump"?

Well we're already renaming something we renamed against the will of locals.

Perhaps renaming New Mexico to New America?

That'll go over well. New Mexicans will be thrilled to change the state question to "red or blue?"

There's likely blue chile out there, but they ain't growing that in either Hatch or Chimayó.

Just a reminder that this entire situation means everyone that still has access to the White House press conferences is propaganda and not news.

Whoa whoa, let’s not have truthful journalism here.

it is "for now" with the justification being they should have a proper hearing.

With how the past month has gone, where do you expect things to be in another month? This is not the environment for a deliberative process from the judiciary, as we've seen from other rulings. And another month without AP access will further denigrate what local outlets can provide.

Despite corporate ownership, most journalists still hew to the truth as the guiding principle. But you can't really do that when all your wire service can provide is hearsay. Sourced hearsay, but hearsay nonetheless.

Ahh yes, Trevor. The name suits the judge well.
