What does the key mean?
It shows you which countries are blue, green, red or white towards Ukraine!
But what does that mean?
What is the source?
the source code is available in my comment, the source of countries preference comes from what I read and hear, nobody had the courage to draw something similar before
"what I read and hear" sounds very subjective..
Sure, this is presidents' pov. The most funny part was asking to put US on the same side of RUS. It was all "oh you're wrrong, I won't assign them the same color!" . it was like AIs were alive :-D
