The number one things law firms say they need to grow their business is “more clients”. They say this unironically and the industry struggles to somehow facilitate that.

On Kitchen Nightmares, sometimes owners of shit restaurants tell Gordon Ramsey the problem in their restaurant is a lack of customers. He tells them they’re stupid and customers will come in if they wanted to.

This feels like the same problem. A lack of introspection about what the problem might be. And perhaps, just perhaps, your $450/hr rate is a contributor.
