I had my annual review last week, and they told me they base their new hire workload goals on the amount of work I do. I'm happy to do my part in bringing down expectations!
Mine does too. Actually, I'm the only one in the team.
Just yesterday I got called out for this ๐ Going to have to actually do something now or they're bringing in HR. It's been a good three years lol
You call it procrastination. I call it automation. If the work is done on its own, the boss doesn't need to know about that, as long as I'm submitting time reports regularly.
