It is a negative slang word for a big corporation or someone working for one from the cyberpunk video game "Cyberpunk 2077" by CD Project Red.

ah thx. i think most big corporations are alright. well, speaking about the european corporations atleast.

All corporations are exploiters of labour.

I dont agree, because that is to general for me. My local Corporations have excellent working conditions. Of coirse there are some bad.

Yeah, it's a cringy word, that most often probably refers to American corporations. It's very awkward sounding IMHO

i talked with an extended family member who doesnt speak english as L1 and said "brain drain".

he mockingly said it after me. lol so from now on i will lessen my usage of american words. (not brain drain but the new ones they invent over there...)

the US-americans are in our Heads, banish them

a bit overstated but still true. i read too much english anyway.

Was done with Amazon in November. Save literally hundreds a month because of it. Now I shop local, get my purchase immediately same price no shipping fee, get to flirt with the cutie behind the counter, and the profit stays in my community instead of going to Trump and other billionaires.

lol flirting or being admired is the best feeling ever. nothing material can exceed this ever.

I've reduced my Amazon usage over the last years to almost zero. There are so many better specialized shops available, it's not even a competition.

I'm almost completely done with them. Does anyone know a good place online where I can order reasonably priced cases of sardines, Ocelo Scrunges, and Nitrile Gloves?

Use their search/filtering options to find what you want, and buy it elsewhere. :]

Canceled my Prime years ago and haven't used it much since. Current events aside it's just dogshit as far as online marketplaces go.

Waiting for my data export to come through from Amazon then will be deleting my account. Facebook, Insta and WhatsApp already gone then it's just Google to deal with!

I only use Amz for price checks, for years and years.

Im already doing that since a week. I know, i k ow im beyond cool😎

This likely won’t stick, unless Walmart is supported more.

Gone are the days of going store to store to store to store to find the stuff you want/need. In addition, half the stores are now gone so you can’t do that anyway.

I’d love to see this happen, but I’m skeptical given Amazon’s present near monopoly on shopping.
