According to the filing, Lu admitted to investigators that he created the code causing "infinite loops." But he's "disappointed" in the jury's verdict and plans to appeal, his attorney, Ian Friedman, told Cleveland.com.

"Davis and his supporters believe in his innocence, and this matter will be reviewed at the appellate level," Friedman said.

Not sure I follow the logic on that.

55 years? Dude come on. Slap him with a fine. 55 years is fucking insane. He didnt murder anyone.

Also, that poor boy is only 10 years old. They'll eat him alive in prison.

He is 55 years old. He is facing 10 years. Your comment reads like you think he is facing 55 years?

So what you you saying? The guy deserves leniency because he's old and senile? You do realize 55 is 25 years younger than POTUS, right?

Also, you don't need to murder anyone to get 10 years. In fact, some of the heaviest sentences are dished out to people who hurt the rich and the corporate world - which is exactly what happened here.

I just dont think ten (I read it wrong at first) is even fair. A decade of your life? Make the dude to community service or something what does this help? What does it fix? Nothing. Cause he'll be 65 when he's out and no one is hiring an old man like that.
