8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body

tanking the economy is one of the best ways to slow immigration (also great for disaster capitalists!!!)
The thing is, that people will start leaving the US. Brain drain will be a serious issue as people with higher education will move to Canada Europe or Asia.
This will have an effect on US demographics and economy for many generations to come and it is not a good thing
He did promise to drain the sump but he is draining the whole of US not only for money but also for people and power
To be fair, turning your country into a hate-fueled fscist hellhole, is a great way to make sure people avoid it.
Splitting the difference between what Dem voters want and what R voters want just pisses both groups off.
A candidate like 08 Obama who's (relatively) young, charismatic, and has a progressive platform would perform, well...

The complete refusal of the party to give voters anything close to that after Obama failed to name a DNC chair is why trump won once let alone twice.
Luckily there's been a huge change with DNC leadership, and the new guy gave the people what they needed to turn out to the polls when he was running the Minnesota party.
But we can't ignore the very shitty plans that allowed trump to win twice, otherwise in a decade or two the rich will buy off the Dems again and we'll just repeat.
Just like the fight against fascism is constant and never ending, so is the fight against neoliberalism. They're two sides of the same coin and either one can only win their the only two options.
Which is funny because the last time I checked, most illegal immigration happened from people overstaying a visa, not crossing at the border.
