8. Misinformation is prohibited.


Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.


9. No link shorteners.


The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.


10. Don't copy entire article in your post body

He required that immediate offers of reinstatement be sent by agencies including the departments of Veterans Affairs, Agriculture, Defense, Energy, the Interior and Treasury.

Eyebrows up. I'm even smiling, slightly.

But Trump won't comply. He'll either ignore the ruling, or take it to his Supreme Court.

Yeah, he will say he is complying while refusing to do so and hope his supreme court jumps in before this one calls him on it

Also, lots of people who get this offer to return probably won't take it because they (understandably) fear retaliation and don't think they can do any good working with this administration in place

With that in mind, if this court case doesn't ultimately result in any consequences for the Trump administration worse than having their illegal order reversed weeks after the fact it's not going to be any kind of disincentive for them to try something like this again

Every ruling and every little bit of resistance to this administration is good news that deserves to be celebrated, but there is a long long long way to go before the country is out of this crisis
