A strange form of socialism where property is owned by a hierarchical institution, but cool:)

State Socialism then? It tracks. Especially how hard it is for a lot of people to think there is an outside to the hierarchical state structure thing we've got going on.

Ah, the state owning historical artifacts, I forgot about that flavor of socialism! I got it mixed up with state-sponsored museums of colonialist empires which are totally different I forgot. My bad!

States going to state I guess. Going to keep doing that untill we stop building them. Or we can pretend they don't exist and hope people won't keep falling into the antipattern?

at first, i thought you crossposed this to the star trek instance and i was going to warn you that they're reactionary and delight in banning leftists. lol

the oniony layers of reactionaryism when it comes to star trek has been sadly fascinating to me: i lol'ed with conservative trekkies were lambasted by liberals for calling trek too woke because its newest series iterations lgbt and poc characters/stories and then i was just as stunned as those conservatives when those same liberals likewise ostracized leftists trekkies despite celebrating the leftist basis of star trek, like in the "fully automated gay space communism" meme.

i wish i could understood how you can celebrate a popular leftist series; but reject leftists.
