I don't think he's ever been charged, this is just the result of the police investigation into the allegations that were raised in the Channel 4 documentary a few years ago.

The important word here is "charged". He hasn't been convicted. Until it's been proven, I don't think anybody here can claim to know that he's innocent nor guilty.

That's your opinion. Him being an asshole or not is neither proof (nor lack thereof) of his guilt. And if you know for sure he's a rapist, submit the proof to the court. The alleged victims would be very happy to have it.
Yes, my opinion is that the sketchy grifter with a history of shitty behavior and years worth of allegations is likely guilty of doing the bad shit he gets accused of. After some previous allegations he got slightly canceled and responded by moving towards the right and getting into their conspiracy BS. There's others as well, even without the aid of Brand that's a well known pipeline. At least for me. I know several girls who went from slightly pissy and into spiritual bs to pretty much HC right-wing.
