I just read a comment a couple days ago where someone referred to lemmying as a hobby. I quite like that idea. Never thought of it as a hobby before. But I too enjoy spending time here, so it is kind of a hobby.

I will go to bed at the right time, instead of staying up and playing video games. I will take my medication on time and look after my health in general. Routine is key.
I garden, grow my own and continue living of grid.... And I listen to bird song.....
