If you want to know the difference between Trump and Obama:

Obama would have immediately tried to learn who else was injured, and issued a statement of condolence. He would have at least shown concern.

Trump immediately realized he could use it as "Badass PR." And didn't give a shit about the cultist who died.

At this point, anyone who chose to vote for him or abstain in protest is directly responsible for the damage that is going to cause the deaths of tens of millions of Americans over time.
