The substance is better reflected in my title. Whether Kellogg remains tolerated fully determines peace in Ukraine.

This is a ploy to continue war, where "hopefully" it takes a few years of weapons laundering money for Russia to take entire territory east of Dnipro river. This is warmongering Biden would suggest. There is absolutely no change to what the end lines can be if Ukraine refuses peace. But Russia is now supposed to approve of French and British troops? Definitely Kellogg needs to be fired, or US is an enemy of Russia too, and not worth considering "their help".
