The working party’s idea is the establishment of a Global Game Leadership Committee, with equal representation of national Boards, the franchise leagues, players and independents, as an interim step towards the goals it attempts to set.

This sure sounds like the right thing to do to me. I know the suggestion to limit international tours to 84 calendar days a year is going to ruffle the feathers of traditionalists, but we need to look to the future. It works for soccer and it's the most successful sport on the planet. Cricket is already #2 with nearly 0 support outside of the commonwealth, just think how great the rest of the world would be if they new and loved cricket .
