I've had a problem with my mobile device and i've lost access to my two-factor verification app. I have created this account to be able to consult because I don't know how I can proceed. Any help or advice? Who can I address? Thank you

Sorry to ask the obvious but, when you were setting up the authenticator app and applying it to your accounts, did you make a note of any of the recovery codes you were given incase you lost access to your authenticator?

I just activated it (and disable) in this new one with my new device and does not put any recovery codes anywhere.

Other services accounts do put it (and I kept them) or have a way to reset the login

8 days have passed without an answer so I suppose there is simply no solution for this. It is disappointing and I think it should be something to improve with some urgency. A recovery method like the one that exists when you forget or lose the password I do not think it is any madness.

Meanwhile I will create a new account and try to remember all the communities to which I was signed and try to recover the level of administrator to the couple of communities in which I collabor at that level.
