How is this even enforceable? Unless you intend to arrest anyone who doesn't own a swasticar...
So if there are two types of grapes at the store, one grown in Israel and the other somewhere else, and you pick those not grown in Israel you are potentially going to jail? Because someone can orchestrate your choice into being a boycott. This sounds so arbitrary and exploitable.
