the caption on the picture is a lie… she has an illness as well….

i did a reverse search on this:

Between pain and deprivation, the Gazan girl Rahaf Ayad battles a rare and unknown illness that has left her unable to walk and caused her hair to fall out, amid a total medical incapacity and an Israeli blockade that prevents access to treatment. Her mother says that Rahaf underwent complex tests, but doctors have been unable to make a definitive diagnosis of her rare condition.

it’s absolutely horrible, but it’s not just from malnutrition… the person next to her isn’t nearly as thin, for example….

unless the source i found also has a misleading caption… these should really have a source listed

The blockade also includes medicine and medical supplies not to mention all the hospitals that were destroyed and doctors killed by Israel.

Sorry, you sound confident that her disease has nothing to do with the miserable conditions imposed on by Israel!

i think you should re-read what i wrote, because i think it has everything to do with that… if not caused by it, made much worse by denying her access to treatment
