Hmm, a perfect fit for this sub...As this techbro doesn't understand (or is merely being intellectually dishonest), that Artificially Incompetent constructs don't have any feelings. It is incapable of harassing anyone, it merely processes the data that has been scraped from the web (or from a local database), and generates something that might sound correct.
