Ok, that is not ok. Why is she not charged, with taking adventage of a kid?

Might not be anything going on.

And if there is, it might not be illegal - not sure what Spain's age of consent is (and don't especially want to have it in my search history!)

Which is not to say that I think it would be ok morally, just reasons why there might be no charges.
