We need to move off Starlink (and reduce dependence on American providers in a pragmatic manner), that being said from what I've read Eutelsat is no where near in terms of performance (bandwidth), base station size and global coverage (although from my understanding Ukraine is somewhat well covered).

I am pretty sure Kyiv Star would rather use Eutelsat (or even another non-American provider), but there is no pragmatic alternative at this point.

I am really hoping Eutelsat can get their act together in the next ~18 months.
