Sending emails advertising how their warehouse is full of scooters yet I'm sitting here over a month since I ordered a new controller that died after XX.X miles of riding. Absolutely pathetic honestly. I'd feel sad for anyone buying an emove for daily commutes - as the long range would suggest - to be fucked out of not having transportation for nearly 2 months by the time it, probably, will show up and still need to be installed.

Just avoid them honestly. Replacement parts shouldnt take over a month WHEN THERE IS NO DISCLAIMER THAT THERE'S ANY DELAYS. Really wish I researched the company's atrocious record online before buying
