If you are using Power Delete Suite (https://github.com/j0be/PowerDeleteSuite) to bulk remove all your posts, I recommend replacing their content with lorem ipsum (latin). Personally today's signals from spez and reddit were the final nail in the coffin for me. They have passed the point of no return.

There are numerous reports today of reddit undeleting people's posts.

I was think of just selling my most reddit account to some bot group or even just handing it over

Can confirm Reddit is undeleting posts. Some (not all) of my posts and comments are back, despite me using shreddit to delete them. Gonna edit them with PDS.

Why not just replace them all with Lemmy newbie guides, or links to similar?

I think the problem is that Reddit has backups, so any changes can be reverted if they want it to be.
