It's genuinely enjoyable watching the Spaniards in thay thread get so unbelievably rattled, all over a wee diddy team who, until recently, hadn't been in a tournament since the last millennium.

And all this just for Scotland still to be sitting at the top of the group, lol

What a career Navas has had. I'll always have a soft spot for him. I was really impressed with Merino tonight. Scotland played well all things considered. They always seem to play Spain tough and are still in a good position.

They like rugby but they got embarrassed in the World Cup, you can joke about that

Mctomineys goal. Absolute farce to disallow it for a foul on VAR. Absolute farcical.

What a weird position to take.

Not going to lie, I have no great love for either the Scottish or Spanish national teams but it is brilliant seeing how much the Scots have boiled Spanish piss over these two games

Scotland's been playing football for longer than Spain and they haven't even started getting there yet!

The poor little babies of Scotland can't do nothing but complain when they lose. Where is the fun jokes now, my english fellows?

Or do you need permission from the queen/king of England to joke?

Haven’t watched a game that corrupt since South Korea in 2002.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago (3 children)

It was disallowed for offside not for a foul! 100% correct decision and anyone with two eyes will agree

It's unbelievable how this forum can just make up narratives and run with them lol

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

The referee checked for a foul and signalled for a foul.

You know, in football, you get some calls and you lose others.

Funny how the Spanish at national and club level always come out on top at home though.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago (2 children)

Here for the Scottish tears.

In no world with VAR you can get away with obstructing the goalie's movement on the goal line, while offside.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

You should just stop watching sports.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

What movements? The keeper didn’t even try to go for it?
