Honestly I don't see any upside to this personally. I live in county that still requires emissions inspection so I'm not "saving time". I'm still going to have to pay the fee it just got moved and renamed + .50. Cars that may have been found with issues will no longer be.
I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around this. It just doesn’t seem like a great idea.
