"that high"

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Some people thinking this is a positive comment but Kante basically admitting he expected tbe league to be a joke, lol.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

500 thousand dollars straight into Kante's pocket

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

N'games gone

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Tick in the box for Kante meeting one of his contractual obligation of bigging up a league no one is interested in.

Next week he will share his thoughts on the amazing aquarium and library

I’m no Saudi shill, but me and boys were watching Monaco v nice the other day and it was god awful. I mean a tragic 0-0, bore fest, both teams lacking quality in the final third.

We saw ronaldo and manes team were playing against Firmino and mahrez team. We switched it over and watched a crazy 5-4 and the quality was almost the same, except there were world class forwards on the pitch lol.

What can I say…. The top matches in Saudi are defo watchable in comparison

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Didn't the last monaco nice end in a 0-1?

If the only interest for u is watching big names or big scores sure saudi will have 4 teams that have them, but don't pretend like great matches don't happen in L1 (examples: recent Lyon Lorient, Nantes Lorient, psg om or psg ol, etc)

As if he would bite the hands that feed him

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

I mean i can see matches between top 3 teams being at uber eats mid table level.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

I mean now they probably are.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

My French Boi slanderin his peeps.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

I’ve seen one the top games in the league, and by far was better than anything I saw in ligue 1 lol

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

This guy's a memer 🤣

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

🤑🤑🤑🤑

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Can't argue with that but the difference is in ligue 1 besides us you don't know who else goes top 5 since they are forced to sell every year.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

This marketing campaign through the players is the most telegraphed and obvious thing of all time. Go on then Koulibaly, you're up next week - say the atmosphere is equal to European Top 5 leagues.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Well I mean no one doubted that.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Tbf Al Hilal would be able to beat most of the mid table French teams.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

The reality is, how many of us that are not Arabic speakers have watched it? It could be exactly as he says but it holds no interest for me whatsoever.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Which part of Ligue 1 though? We talking Montpellier vs Nantes or PSG vs Marseille?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Double burn, well played N'Golo

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

What are the other 15 like then?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

I think he means Scottish League 1. There's only one SPL and it's not in the middle East

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Sure, the top 4 teams in the league have some good players after the big spending by the government this summer.

It's still an extremely uneven league though, perhaps the most uneven in the world. There are 18 teams in the league and it's really only that top 4 or so that have good players, the difference in squad market value between the top and the bottom is ridiculous. The top 4 clubs are in the 130M to 250M range for total squad value, but the bottom 6 clubs are only in the 15M-20M range: https://www.transfermarkt.us/saudi-professional-league/startseite/wettbewerb/SA1

For context, 12 out of 18 Ligue 1 clubs exceed the 100M mark and 7 exceed the 200M mark. The lowest squad value is 37M and all of the other clubs are 50M+: https://www.transfermarkt.us/ligue-1/startseite/wettbewerb/FR1

You have to get into mid-table in Ligue 2 to find teams in the 15-20M squad value range in France.

Saudi league has a deal with Laliga. Cristiano's team already played a laliga team (Celta if i remember correctly) and they got trashed. Saudi league should also sign a deal with ligue 1 so that Kanté could prove us wrong...

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Similar comment to Ronaldo about Portuguese league. Cannot wait for Henderson to say it's at the level of Premier League.

In a surprising revelation, the world-famous footballer NGolo Kante, known for his exceptional skills on the pitch, has a hidden talent that is sure to leave fans astounded. Sources close to the star have unveiled his remarkable ability to predict the weather with uncanny precision. Friends and teammates at his new club fondly refer to him as "The weather whisperer" for his knack in foreseeing the weather during training and matches.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

That's completely believable

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

And just like that another Lambo is in his driveway.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Me when I lie for another paycheck

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Crazy statement.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Ekstraklasa teams would beat them

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Celta Vigo 5-0 Al Nasr. Please sit down with this nonsense.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Enjoy that nice easy bonus for saying something nice about the league
