leave Papu alone, inquisitors

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Oh shit, if Montiel tests positive then both Argentina and Sevilla would be shitting themselves.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Honestly, if that were me, you’d have to get them from my cold dead fingers.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Well sevilla won it because of antony taylor

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (2 children)

it's funny that this is being upvoted but everytime it's related to Mourinho or coming from a user with a Roma flair downvoted to hell

when Sevilla recently fired their coach the only upvoted comment was some guy saying that the only mistake Taylor made was not awarding Sevilla a penalty

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Well who is saying it does matter

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

i know. i'm way too sensible and emotional about that lost final

Keep testing Sevilla. I would also test Anthony Taylor, because he was definitely on something after missing that handball call

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Messi's entire career in Spain annuled due to Negreira

Messi's World Cup annuled due to doping (lifelong HGH drugcheat, so that makes two)

Tough times

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Pathetic madrid talking points

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (8 children)

oh. my. god. scenes when papu and some other player are the reason messi's world cup gets taken away

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Hmm now that I think about it. There are more than one Argentinian in that Sevilla team. Coincident? I think not. /s

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

They better not step in the streets of Buenos Aires if that happens

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

and some other player

Maybe Messi himself?

No surely not :D

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

It needs to be 3 players, right? More than 2.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

They will get crucified in Buenos Aires.

They are all tested at the World Cup. This test was at Sevilla.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

So he was tested during the WC and passed?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

They said he failed a test before the World Cup which is enough for me to strip the medal

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (2 children)

Was he not tested at the WC?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

He was, all negative probably.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Of course he was tested, as all of them are. Each national team tests their players

He was not part of the national team anymore. This is a typical effort by an older player trying to extend this career

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Test them all baby!!

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Shit like this pisses me off. The world cup happened almost a year ago, it's over, it's done. Stop trying to be an attention whore by doing shit like this. The governing bodies of football are a special breed.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Uh oh. Have they checked all the other Argentina players? This Messi fella seems to be too good for his age hmm

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (2 children)

Steroids for his vision and passing definitely.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Ronaldo:😭😭😭😭😭

He can't be popular with Argentina right now.

Imagine putting the cup at risk for a player who played about 100 minutes the whole tournament.

This is really shit, especially considering that at least in Argentina it was totally inconsequential (I don't know about Seville because I didn't see their games that's why I don't include it) he only played 2 games against Arabia that Argentina lost anyway and more or less half time with Australia where he did not have a leading role

but that won't avoid the controversy

Montiel able to royally fuck everyone involved

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

WE'RE ALMOST THERE /s

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Surely knowingly fielding 1 player should be enough?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Probably got high with lahoz before the Netherlands match

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Cheating ass Argentina

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

He should have went to Real Madrid. There you just throw a fit and cry and the club will block the doping test.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Back in the glorious 90s, two Marseille players that were designated for anti-doping control were substituted mid-game, taken directly to a car and sent back to Marseille. That was when OM was all-powerful.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

FIFA knew he was under investigation even before the World Cup, yet let him play. Corruption has no limits when certain players need their legacy cemented.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Ah yes, because Papu Gomez was so key to Argentina winning the World Cup, no way would they have won it if he was banned before the tournament and they took a different player instead.

I must be missing something, how are there people in this thread who seem to think that if a player from Argentina's World Cup squad tested positive for a PED now, it would count as a second strike again them?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

I’m praying for another

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Oh look at that it seems that I have lost all my medals. Ain't that a coincidence.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Just need to test Messi and Martínez rly quick

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

All top athletes dope, completely naive if you think otherwise.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

He hasn’t played for Argentina since the friendlies post-WC. During this WC qualifiers he has not been called up. His time w the national team actually ended during the WC, when he was only used sparingly and never featured in the crucial games.

Seems like this was an effort this year by an older player trying to extend his career. Shame.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Shit was rigged through and through. But anything to hand Messi all the titles. The MLS corruption is a joke aswell.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Damn, what a fucking loser.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Why are we hearing about this 10 months later?
