Belarus is about as harmless an international actor as you’re likely to find.

I ambivalent about this when remembering back to the protests after the election with all the police violence. And the plane hijacking is pretty extreme. But on the other side Belarus isn't doing much military action against any other nation or state.

But the conclusion that everyone has mud on them, and that nations shouldn't ride from a high horse is pretty apt.
