That has to be in Vienna, Austria. They are anti air installations built during ww2

Reading up on it it could also be in Berlin or Hamburg. The ones in Vienna were in the middle of a park when I was visiting. It was a bit surreal all these families picknicking there, their children running around playing, beneath these enormous military buildings.

It did look similar! I walked through that park at my last visit. And took a photo there too. I think I even saw Piranha but I did not saw it from that side or had the idea that I could see it that way. Nice thanks!
