When you send people addicted to drugs to war, don't be surprised if they take drugs in a war zone.

Edit: Holy shit some of those Russian solders are wearing open toed sandals on the front line...

Looks completely civilized, modern, organised and effective.

Surely, they will be steadfast and honorable soldiers from here on out and not shoot the people who beat them with sticks and mentally scarred them by shooting near their heads in a mock execution when given fully automatic weapons in the future.

Amazing example of a morale booster by the Orks.

Reminds me of the Japanese Army in Ww2. Treating your subordinates like absolute shit causes the lowest ranks to think its normal to treat civilians and pows like absolute shit.

Where are Russia soldiers getting drugs while in Ukraine? Addicts can't control their consumption, so someone must be administering it to them.

They are getting drugs from drug dealers. Here's a Russian traditional public spanking of a drug dealer: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3448310/Drug-dealer-tortured-beaten-death-pro-Russian-rebels.html More details on how they get the drugs: https://theweek.com/defence/drug-use-rife-among-russian-soldiers-in-ukraine
