Meh. Very short list of rookies that kill it their first year. And the ones that do either have a stud o-line or are dual threat (who seldom make it long term anyway).

Lmao one game that wasn't as decent as the last 2 and "fans" want to throw players to the wolves...despite not even playing that bad against a top tier team..we say "he's just a rookie" because he is. Everyone starts off not as great as they could be. There's something called potential. One not so hot game isn't the factor to throw the kid under the bus lol
Yeah I'm not ready to give up on the kid either, but he does need to work on his accuracy. Too many high balls. Too many missed opportunities with guys open and he just didn't make the good throw today. The bomb to Adams gave me hope. His arm is better than we thought. I'd like to test that more next week vs KC.

I’m gonna give him the rest of the season before I cast judgement. Regardless, line is still something to work on
AOC is young and I can’t wait to see what he does the rest of the season, but if I had to keep it real, he ain’t it, way too many flaws from throwing motion to pocket presence
He certainly is looking like a quite competent backup. It does seem in his limited opportunities that he is kinda a high floor, low ceiling kinda guy.

Me too. He’s capable but right now I’m focused on seeing this team get better overall and it’s happening.
