Continuing to look into some of the lawsuit stuff with the help of a friend. I can hardly believe those lawsuits just looks shadier and shadier as I look at diferent parties. Cohen isn't the only one who is playing 69 D chess with this play. They're doing their best to save their asses (imo) as best they can (from info graciously shared with me, and makes a lot of sense to me).
Think it goes back to Freeman's graduate level paper on the credit default swaps for bonds. Hard to articulate, probably better written out, probably from the original thinker on the comprehensive theory there. It's not the techincals I'm speaking of, just the depth of interweave of all the parties and actions that have occured.
I'll probably cover the lawsuit stuff at least, in a more relaxed setting like a livestream. If you want to hear the whole story of what I've found so far. Still pulling a thread on one piece of it. Ill try to remember to cover it next livestream and post here. It's a pretty interesting story imo.
