Peertube version 3.2.1 has the loop feature. The instance you are using isn't up to date, that is why you don't see this feature.

That word exists in Spanish, I don't know if it is used in other languages.

Never found it in English before.

It looks a lot like the French for loop : une boucle

Spanish and French are both Roman languages, so they'll have lots of similarities like that.
