I wouldn't be surprised if there were members of congress involved but the reason certain individuals are voting against the release is because the people paying the congressional reps are certainly on the list. Which does make them complicit and guilty but not an actual offender like trump, Clinton etc.

I would imagine there are at least half a million people far more qualified and with more integrity to replace those dummys
