Personally, I’m happy where things are now. I came over to Lemmy because of Reddit Third Party App drama, and now I’m staying because I realized that I’m spending much less time on my phone using the less popular Lemmy.

I don’t like the term community because it’s difficult to understand the hierarchy. Is an instance a part of a community? Or vice versa?

I’m doubtful because I feel like the business goons did the math, found the expected profit of killing 3rd party apps and taking the backlash was higher than keeping the status quo, and have committed to the more profitable option.

Does your monitor support that framerate? 75 fps is not a typical framerate. Maybe things are getting out of sync
