You should be able to use https://tesseract.dubvee.org/ to see votes on your community, and potentially ban people who systematically downvote your content

I say should, because I just tried, and it seems like the feature isn't there anymore. Hello @[email protected] , has the ability to see votes for mods been disabled recently?

What is the purpose of this community? Isn't [email protected] or [email protected] enough?

It just shows that Lemmy or Reddit, both have terrible mods and both can silence your voice on command without any reason.
