I use listen to music on both my road and mountain these days I can't seem too anymore.
Road, I could on a dedicated bike path where I was just cruising.
For mountain, I wouldn't be able to anymore. Being able to hear the bike across rocks and dirty really provides another level of control.
I'm in the same boat. Got 110+ mile with 12000 feet of climbing coming up. I'm looking at 10 hour ride.
From what I've found, everyone seems to be saying 40-100 carbs an hour. So that's a decent amount of gels and food to pack.
Perz will get booted if he loses the constructors for RB or excessively crashes.
I'd imagine he knows his place and RB likes it that way.

Going to jump on the Battlebit bandwagon for $15.
I wonder if these bindings will be better than the community ones. The communities ones are pretty damn good.
The amount of posts on this in this thread are alarmingly high. Marketing is out in full force for this company.
