Why would/should anyone in the international community trust the US after this?
US diplomacy can turn on a dime depending on who is elected now. The US cannot be trusted beyond the term length of the current president or even current congress.
The rest of the international community is going to unite and isolate the US. Its not ever going to be good again

B is easy. 2 months ago if you asked a lot of Americans they would say we spend to much on foreign aid. This is good enough for him to want to cut it off. The money wont go to helping anyone in the US, but it sounds good to cut it.
They believe they are special. My job is important so it wont get cut. My abortion was just because it could have caused health problems for me. I deserved unemployment/medicaid because i paid into it.
