At my apartment buulding they stand right in front of the no smoking sign at the front step to the building on the building's property where smoking is not allowed. If they stabd 5 ft over, they're on the sidewalk where it's okay.

Actually for real it is, my buddies and I just hang out and drink and smoke and have a gay old time. Maybe we're all playing dufferent games, sometimes maybe somebody or nobody is playing nothing just chilling.
