They're definitely in an ivory tower at the least.
As great a philosophical mainstay as Hanlon's razor is, I find it pretty difficult to believe a system of laws that almost exclusively favour the wealthy, especially when it's people in positions of wealth that write said laws, is some happy accident.
You think the string-pullers would be honest about their goals? It's all about control, making sure the haves keep.
Let's put it this way, the market price for the Switch 2 is roughly the same converted price in the UK. Now, to my knowledge, the UK hasn't also introduced these tariffs quietly so I can't, in good conscience, blame ol' Delusional Donald for this one.
Because they're delusional enough to think if they cater to the audiences of other sites they'll tempt that audience to scrape off to their site instead of the site that came up with the thing and do it better.
Install something like GBWhatsapp. Whatsapp seems to do ban waves every now and again so there's no guarantee on the time frame you'll get banned (it took about 4 years for them to catch up with me) but it'll more than likely happen eventually.
Precisely. It's easy to give oneself the moral high ground when the hill you choose to die on costs significantly less in time, effort and money. Helping real people is far too expensive but if you make yourself sound like a humanitarian by defending fictional people then that's pretty cost-effective.
I don't think this is what Einstein had in mind when he spoke of relativity.
