Given the protein absorption rate, it sounds like one should constantly have protein in their stomachs for it to be getting processed. Ie, eat every two to three hours.

I do some static hangs and then some Buddha stretches. I'll also stretch my chest and do some hip stretches also, a bit of a calf stretch too then I'm good to go. I always do more static hangs at the end of my workout too.

Haha she's not bad alright. You should see the sorry state of Hurontario Street here in Mississauga. It's torn up from the LRT construction and you feel like your going to bounce out of your car seat when you drive down it even at 40kmh.
