I think the most insulting thing is that reddit wants to monetize off of things like YOUR efforts and YOUR content. Stuck it to em' and made us proud! Nice work! Hope your new community does well.

Except VR! Although awful decision to make games exclusive in an already niche environment
"This is my official formal letter to ____ topic/game company"
Gtf outta here. It's just a damn post. There are no official letters on a forum post putting you above anyone else and a multi-million dollar company is not gonna look and think seriously about your opinionated changes. Because that's all it is no matter which way it's written.
Damn. If shrimp is a bug then I may have been missing out on trying other kinds.
What a sweet picture to get a sense of the place and hype! I actually look forward to hearing the girls talk about behind the scenes stories!
Protodroid Delta, Rusted Moss, Roboquest, The Last Tinker.
Been feeling like going for the nostalgia platformed stuff lately!
Spark the Electric Jester 2/3 are sick af!
Protodroid Delta is super fun!
Hotshot racing is a blast from the past despite requiring being online to even start for no reason.
Battlebit Remastered, but I do have a work pc incase they introduce the new anti-cheat to protect servers from DDOS.
I'm also thinking of getting into Ridge Racer for the first time, but MAN the car turning is WEIRD. Makes me want to start NFS Underground.
All about indies at this point for me! I found these after slashing my wishlist in half!

After many MANY failed motion inputs with Classic on an easy character like Lily, I switched back to learning Kimberly again, but with Modern controls. I practiced her a lot with classic, but her inputs are too intense for me with her combos. My mistakes angered me greatly and I over-focused on them instead of playing the game.
Now with Modern, I can do those inputs a lot easier, but also I make damn sure to avoid Auto-combos. Those are boring and reduce creativity and mixups. They're also a HUGE crutch.
So once I started playing like a classic player but with an easier time with special/super inputs, I really started to just relax and enjoy learning the game and its neutral. Because if I was gonna get continually frustrated by missed inputs, dropped inputs, and whatever problems when it comes to execution in Classic then I definitely would've completely dropped the game by now. But instead it's now been wonderful and addicting!
Although it's very character-dependent on mileage with Modern controls. Kimberly misses her main medium air cross-up kick and needs to use the lighter version. She is also missing her crouch medium punch. But these things are extremely minor with how many other things she can do. I also changed her grab macro to be light and heavy so I can reload bombs easier as well as OD throw them close/far for scare tactics.
In my head, I think the future will lead to a bunch of community moderators coming together to create some kinda League of Extraordinary Instances. A place where these moderators gather and keep their sites and those they help look out for in top shape. All community driven. Things might be messy now, but this might eventually set into place... Hell, it may have already happened with just how fast news spread of reddit 3rd party app designers working on Lemmy versions. Exciting messy times we're in!
Oh god, I understood all of this. Rizz being the most recent slang to pop up. What have I become?
