@RememberTheApollo_

OMG I think this is an opening for an absolutely different kind of green new deal. Wait till she finds out how the weather is being modified (can somebody tell her that Elon Musk’s data center is running the numbers and doing it?)

And I’m going to have to ask now that the Republicans are in charge of everything with the next big disaster occurs. What is she gonna do?

The intention of our new rulers is to obliterate the United States, stripping us of everything we have in order to put them in total control of our lives.

Every day the current regime exists as another day they move forward on their project to render a permanent under class.

The most cancerous faction are the guys from Silicon Valley in all of their companies, which must be pulled apart.

We in America face a collective action problem. We have been used to the political system doing that for all its grotesque flaws.

But the super rich pulled a coup they bought the total control of the federal government was pocket change.

We in America have to come to terms with a captured government that level of capture that did not exist prior to 2025.

@MicroWave

Fuck, they are going ahead and normalizing this. The coup continues to consolidate its grip.

This is death by strangulation

I’m currently working on a video essay who argues taxing the rich is useful, but it falls far short of actually bringing wealth disparity back to earth.
The net worth of the super rich and super huge corporations that are the basis of their net worth they’re largely unreachable.

And I argue that we can do much more to choke off the Niagara of money flowing into their hands in the first place. At that point the tax shelters don’t really matter so much.

The constant drip drip drip drip of the cost of living crisis.

Gary Stevenson has risen to notoriety because he's called a spade spade.

Wealth is driving poverty. The cost of living crisis is a product of spiraling wealth disparity on many different levels.

Simple wealth disparity means the rich can simply outbid a working class person for a house. Pernicious disparity occurs with monopoly.
