That would take paperwork. It could be traced back to his orange ass.

Sending a buncha "alpha" male types in masks to kidnap people and "deport" them is much easier.

Trump used Stochastic Terrorism! Sadly, its super effective.

Had something similar, but for a GPU. Also corsair.

Yeah, the tubing on the AIO failed and fried the GPU. There did not appear to be any external damage to the tubing. Just... dripped out over the years. Good bye 2080 TI, you served me well during the pandemic and the scalping of GPUs.

I went back to air cooling after that, just with a lot more focus (from me) on airflow, orientation, etc.

Plus, the high end air cooling stuff is good. Like, in the 90s (decade) we dreamed of cooling that good with air, and then water cooling came along. I just never cared for the concept of water running inside my electronics.

Now if I could get that super expensive crap from 3M that isn't conductive and has similar thermal capacities to water, and run that through a water cooling system, I'd be fine with it. Its just prohibitively expensive.

At a LAN party (yes I'm that old) a dude came in with a box fan ziptied to the side, like it was a case side.

I didn't think to ask about orientation though. As in, push or pull for airflow.

Whatever, it worked for him.

I joked about blood on my soundcard at an IT job.

Because yes, I managed to cut myself installing a sound card.

The younger guys were just like, "Sound card?"

Unless you really need something specific, the stuff built into mobos is fine these days.

From my experience, anyone that works with doctors despise them, so that road certainly goes both ways.

Also, from my experience, they tend to love when you pick up the phone at 4am, remote into their machine, and just fix their problem so they can get back to work.

Day shift people suck anyways.

Before moving, there was a Goth club called The Church.

That outfit would, from what I've heard, be far too formal and restrained.

Apparently, and this was coming from a platonic female friend, anal is like shaking hands there so what do I know. I never had the urge to drive from North Fort Worth to Downtown Dallas to drink, and then turn around and drive back after drinking and possibly making stupid choices.

I have two types, natural redheads, and goth chicks.

Don't be self conscious, be self aware .

If your wedding tackle has shifted at all during your swim, may be try to get out away from the others a bit, not a creepy amount, but like... Be on one end of the group, turn away slightly when transitioning from water to land, place your hands "casually" in a way to cover yourself without drawing attention, all sorts of little tricks you'll internalize before you know it, but it starts with being self aware.

Yeah, and if you get out of the water and have a "flattering" outline in your shorts, its suddenly becomes a much larger issue being the only adult male, and with children around.... eesh.

I worked in retail for a decade, and have been in IT for past 12 years. Mostly help desk. Mostly medical.

The advanced degrees these people have is astounding, but the lack of common sense is terrifying.

Like, these people are cutting into other people to fix shit? They can't tie their own shoes, and the concept of a power button on a computer is too much.

This is the same person. Hopefully he has retired or died by now, cause those were his only real choices at that age.

Seriously, his assistant tied his shoes for him. She probably had advanced degrees of her own. And she had to tie an old man's shoes on the daily.

Maybe there something to have such a laser focus like medicine specialties really does rob people of their common sense.

Tie? Shoe? No, but that artery is about to retract or some shit.

That is difficult, because under Trump, reality is often more satirical of the recent past than the onion can stretch credulity.

As a formally certified pharmacy tech(no longer live in the sate I was certified in), take the recommended dose. Please.

I mean, I don't know if I'd still be interested in women after being a vampire that long, but I'd like to think so.

Go to a country with lax sex laws (or at least enforcement), set up a bordello and feed on the workers while they sleep off their necessary highs for doing sex work for a horrible human (vampire) being.

Plus, under the rules I'm fixating on mentally, drinking the blood of someone who is high will get the vampire high, and after hundreds of years plus immortality, I'm gonna get high at some point lol.
