I think the simplest explanation, and the most likely one, is the pilots were too busy dealing with whatever shit was hitting the fan to raise the landing gear.

And, in my view, that's a loss of engine power for whatever reason, possibly bad fuel.

I'm going with Jaws, and staying home.

Shawshank is nowhere close to being a horror movie.

I think that's editing, rather than something the camera did.

Flaps are typically retracted not long after takeoff anyway, every flight I've been on has done that.

I've had the same thoughts about people who watch free to air TV. Between the same set of ads every ad break, and the frankly dubious quality of the programming, it has to be contributing to some type of cognitive decline.

the company's "core tool," MXT-2, is marketed as something of an AI film librarian. Basically, it scrapes human-made footage and sorts it based on featured subject, actor, and location, according to the company's website.

It does all the boring grunt work of categorising footage, so the editor can start on actually creating the final product sooner. It doesn't generate footage, and doesn't seem to be intended to generate the final product, so I don't see how it can be accused of generating "slop"
