It blows my mind that no matter how much the NFL changes the rules in favor of the offense we still end up with games like Colts-Pats and this.

Since this game sucks, and my wife and I are arguing... I'm going to ask y'alls opinion.
I'm having Thanksgiving for the first time in 5 years.
I'm smoking a turkey. I smoked one five years ago, took longer than I expected- an extra hour.
I have a different smoker now, pellet versus Smokey Mountain. I also plan to spatchcock this year as well to help it cook evenly.
So I tell my wife I have to buy the same size turkey this weekend and do a test smoke. She's pissed that I'm basically gonna waste a 16 lbs turkey just to make sure I know what I'm doing. Says just do it live.
Am I the only one making sure I have my shit together for Thanksgiving and doing a test run?
DJ moore anticipated getting tackled right off the throw and lost YAC because of it.
