$250-350 average in my area but there’s a lot of factors we don’t have.

I just did speaker and cat 6 all over. Cat 6 to ever corner of house, every room has four outlet, and every corner of the house has two runs.

Put runs to each corner of the house in the even you want to do PoE cameras. Don’t forget outside also for outdoor TVs or access points. Put runs somewhere in ceilings for access points.

Get unifi bridges and be done as long as you have pretty good line of sight. Longest I’ve done personally was right at mile.

$150/run in my area is what I get.
